Thesis

Consequential AI actions are taken on untraceable assertions.

As AI systems move from producing text to executing work, the operational question stops being whether a model said something wrong and becomes whether a system acted on something unreliable.

Most of the surrounding tooling improves generation. Very little of it sits between the assertion and the action, and almost none of it leaves a record a reviewer can follow afterwards.

InTellMe builds the layer that evaluates an assertion before a downstream system acts on it, and keeps the evidence, the disagreement, and the reasoning attached to the result.

That capability is the company. The commercial products are how it reaches a market and how the company funds itself while the core work is validated.

Commercialization model

Research funding stays unmixed with company investment.

An NSF SBIR Project Pitch is in preparation. It is being pursued, not awarded. The commercial applications are not the SBIR work, and are not represented as such.

Funding status

Development to date has been self-funded by the founder. InTellMe is pre-revenue across every application. Two products can take payment today; neither has produced revenue, and nothing here is presented as traction. What exists is shipped software and a technical thesis, not a customer base.

InTellMe is the trade name under which Michael Brandon Lane, a sole proprietor in Johnson City, Tennessee, develops and operates these products. There is no outside capital, no debt, and no cap table. A Tennessee entity would be formed in connection with a first close.

Founder

One operator, in the open.

InTellMe is built and run by Michael Brandon Lane, from Johnson City, Tennessee.

Chemical engineering at Virginia Tech, a master’s in chemistry at UNC Greensboro, then industrial materials — including the lithium-battery separator programme where he is a named inventor on Celgard’s patent family for coated separators, WO 2019/143483.

A separator is a safety part. A wrong claim about one ends in a fire, not a bug report, so nothing ships on a plausible result — only on a measured one, with its range, its error, and the observation that would have falsified it. TruVector is that same discipline, applied to what a machine asserts before anything downstream acts on it.

He is the only engineer on everything here. TruVector, ResearchOne, SAVR, Golden Goose Tees Studio, and wAether were designed, built, and shipped by one person, self-funded, in public.

What that buys: a very short line between a decision and a deployed change, and a founder who has already shown he finishes things without a budget.

What it costs: bandwidth, and a commercial function that does not exist yet. Both are named in the use of funds rather than papered over.
