1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all services, platforms, and applications operated by InTellMe. By using any of our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to transparency in how we handle your data.

Individual products may publish additional, product-specific privacy terms. Where they do, those terms supplement — and do not replace — this policy.

InTellMe is the trade name of a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Michael Brandon Lane in Johnson City, Tennessee. That individual is the data controller for the purposes of this policy, and is the person who answers the addresses below.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Personal information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Subscribe to our services

On this website that collection is performed by Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, using cookies and similar identifiers. Google Analytics collects information about your activity on this site and may combine it with information collected across other sites and services. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off on our property, and we do not use analytics data to build an advertising profile of you. Google's handling of the data it receives is described in Google's Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Measurement code is loaded on each visit. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default until you allow it; elsewhere it is granted by default. You can decline it at any time using the control described in Section 8.

2.3 Service-specific data

Depending on which of our services you use, we may collect additional data specific to that service — for example, the content you submit for analysis, the inventory or preferences you record, or the order and shipping details required to fulfil a purchase. Each service collects only what it needs to function, and that data is described in the service itself at the point of collection.

8. Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our services, to keep you signed in, and to count visits. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when one is set; if you refuse them, some parts of our services will not work.

The measurement described in Section 2.2 is controlled by a consent control shown at the bottom of this site. Choosing Decline prevents analytics storage; choosing Allow permits it. Your choice is remembered in your own browser and you can change it by clearing this site's stored data.

8.1 Do Not Track

How we respond to Do Not Track signals: browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) header, and there is no industry or legal standard for how a site must respond to it. This site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals, and no such signal changes what is described in this policy. To stop analytics on this site, use the Decline control described above rather than relying on DNT. We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites for their own advertising purposes.

8.2 Third parties that may see activity across sites

Google Analytics, described in Section 2.2, is a third party that may collect information about your activity on this site over time. It is the only such service on this website.

9. Third-party links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to remove that information and close the account.

11. International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. By using our services, you consent to that transfer and to the sharing described in this policy.

12. State privacy laws

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have. No InTellMe product monetises personal data, and no advertising identifiers are exported from our sites.

The comprehensive state privacy statutes — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and the equivalent laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Tennessee — apply to businesses above revenue or consumer-volume thresholds that InTellMe is far below. We are therefore not a "business" or "controller" under those statutes and we do not claim to operate their formal request machinery.

We nonetheless honour the substance. Whoever you are and wherever you live, you may email privacy@intellmeai.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer, in writing, within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

13. Users outside the United States

InTellMe's services are offered from the United States and are directed to users in the United States. We do not market to, price for, or target users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we have not appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR.

If you use our services from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from your own. Where we do process personal information about a person in a jurisdiction whose law grants rights of access, correction, or erasure, we honour those requests through the same address and the same 45-day commitment given in Section 12.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acknowledgment of, and consent to, the modified policy.
