1. Our target
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means, in practice: every page works from the keyboard alone with a visible focus indicator; text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background; images that carry meaning have text alternatives and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology; form fields have programmatically associated labels and error messages; headings follow a logical order; a skip link leads straight to the main content; and nothing traps keyboard focus.
This site renders its full content with JavaScript disabled, and it honours the operating system's reduced-motion setting by removing animation entirely.
2. Known gaps
We test with keyboard navigation and automated contrast checking on every release. We have not yet completed a full audit with screen readers on every supported platform, and we have not had the site reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor. Where a product of ours is a separate application, its accessibility is stated on that product's own site and may differ from this one.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Overlays do not produce conformance, and we would rather fix the underlying markup.
3. Requesting an accommodation, or reporting a barrier
If any part of this site or any InTellMe product is difficult or impossible for you to use, write to accessibility@intellmeai.com, or to info@intellmeai.com if that bounces.
Tell us the page or the task and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to give you a fix or a workaround within 30 days. If a fix will take longer, we will say so and give you a date. We will also provide the information or complete the transaction for you by another means in the meantime.
4. Standards and feedback
This statement is made under the Americans with Disabilities Act and follows the structure of the W3C's accessibility statement guidance. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially. If you believe our response to a barrier has been inadequate, say so in reply and it will be escalated to the owner directly — which, here, is the same person who wrote the page.
