Refund & Return Policy

InTellMe and All Affiliated Ventures

1. General Policy

All purchases made through InTellMe and its affiliated platforms are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any InTellMe service, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable.

This policy applies to all InTellMe services, platforms, and applications, including but not limited to: LinkTrackr, ContractShrink, SEOPlumber, FormSight, EventPulse, Yoohoo.Guru, The wAether App, OMFG, SAVR, Golden Goose Tees, Lane Vector Analysis, and Pink Pickle Rodeo.

2. Digital Services and SaaS Subscriptions

2.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings, all subscription fees, one-time purchase fees, and usage-based charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial or unused subscription periods
  • Subscription downgrades or tier changes
  • Services that remain active but unused
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase
  • Features or functionality changes made during your subscription period

2.2 Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription to any InTellMe service at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at billing@intellmeai.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period
  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period

Cancellation of a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

2.3 Free Trials

If a service offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and fees will be charged in accordance with the pricing disclosed at the time of enrollment. Charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable.

3. Physical Goods (Golden Goose Tees)

3.1 Custom Orders

All custom apparel and merchandise orders placed through Golden Goose Tees are made-to-order. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please review all design specifications, sizing, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

3.2 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@intellmeai.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage. We will, at our sole discretion, either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund for the defective product. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper care, or customer-caused damage.

3.3 Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong design, wrong item), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the general policy above, refunds may be provided in the following limited circumstances:

  • Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges: If your payment method was charged without your authorization, please contact your financial institution immediately and notify us at billing@intellmeai.com.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to provide the service you purchased due to a failure on our part and are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service or product due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Legal Requirements: Where applicable law requires us to provide a refund, we will comply with such requirements.

5. European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law for distance purchases. However, by accessing or using a digital service immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or, in the case of ongoing digital content supply, once performance has begun.

This waiver does not affect your right to a remedy (including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) if a digital product or service is faulty or does not conform to what was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

6. California Customers

For physical goods purchased through Golden Goose Tees: In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723, this refund and return policy is displayed prior to the completion of your purchase. Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of defects or incorrect orders as described in Section 3 above.

California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

This refund policy does not limit your rights to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges with your payment provider. However, we encourage you to contact us first at billing@intellmeai.com so that we can attempt to resolve any billing concerns directly. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge that you authorized may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy or under applicable law, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and account email address
  • The service or product in question
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

Please send your request to billing@intellmeai.com. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes to this policy will be communicated to active subscribers via email prior to taking effect.
